Skale with AI was different. I had to convince an actual stranger to give me money.
A friend and I started it. He knew Meta ads, campaigns, and websites. I picked up cold emailing, client calls, and whatever else came up that week. I built my first website on WordPress and it took me a full week, half of it spent hunting premium templates from random corners of the internet.
My early calls were bad. I'd list everything we could possibly do and then wonder why the conversation went nowhere.
The better calls started when I shut up and asked enough questions to understand what was actually worrying them.
It was messy and it didn't last. But it was my first real taste of building something people would pay for.

Lesson
Selling is mostly listening. Nothing moved until I stopped pitching features and started repeating the client's problem back to them.
