Casting in India is still messy.
Artists send headshots over WhatsApp. Producers dig through folders of photos they don't fully trust. And most of the time, the role goes to whoever happened to know the right person.
Which means a lot of genuinely good talent never gets seen. Not because they weren't good enough, but because nobody told them the role existed.
Mukha Chitram is my attempt at that gap.
Artists build a portfolio that's actually made for casting — photos, reels, languages, the kind of roles they want. Filmmakers describe what they're looking for and find people who fit the character.
The part I care about most is trust. An open marketplace of headshots would fill up with fake calls within a week, so every introduction goes through our team first.
It's not another feed to scroll.
It's a quieter way for serious work to find the right face.
What it does
